Copy and Paste

  1. If you want to enter the same data into several different cells, rather than typing the data into each cell you can use the excel function called Copy and Paste.

  2. To do this, move your cursor to the cell you wish to copy from. For example cell A1.
  3. Then right click with your mouse. To bring up the below diagram.
  4. Move your cursor to Copy and click on it

  5. Move your cursor to the cell in which you wish to place the copied data into. For example B1.
  6. Move your cursor to Paste and right click on it.
