Copy and Paste
- If you want to enter the same data into several different cells, rather than typing the data into each cell you can use the excel function called Copy and Paste.

- To do this, move your cursor to the cell you wish to copy from. For example cell A1.
- Then right click with your mouse. To bring up the below diagram.
- Move your cursor to Copy and click on it

- Move your cursor to the cell in which you wish to place the copied data into. For example B1.
- Move your cursor to Paste and right click on it.
